Directors Terry and Tony have both been in the Building Trade since leaving school, both passing Apprenticeships at Colchester Institute in Building Construction.

Gaining a wealth of knowledge in Housebuilding and Commercial Construction they formed Sunnyside Homes Ltd in 1998, with the view of building new properties to a high standard of finish.

We have completed and sold over 100 new homes all to a high standard, we believe we are gaining a reputation in the industry for building a quality product which leads onto happy new homeowners.

Our service includes an initial consultation, free estimate and design as standard for building projects. We are happy to work within budgets and whilst we never take shortcuts - we are very practical and can adapt our methods to suit all budgets
